By Taxi

Easiest by far. Open Kakao T (or hail one on the street) and set the destination to 그랜드 하얏트 서울. Roughly 15 minutes from Gangnam, 20 from Jongno, depending on the bridges.

By Subway

Line 6 · Hangangjin

Take Line 6 to Hangangjin Station (한강진), Exit 1 or 2, then a short taxi up the hill — it's a steep five minutes, not really a walk. Itaewon Station also works and is one stop away.
